Service Description
When winter strikes unexpectedly, we're here to help with our Winter Rescue Service. We offer emergency repairs to protect your RV from the harshest winter conditions. Our service includes: • Frozen pipes and hoses repair: We’ll thaw and repair any frozen pipes or hoses to get your water system flowing again. • Leak detection and repair: Our technicians will quickly locate and repair any leaks caused by freezing temperatures to prevent further damage. • Frost protection: We’ll assess and reinforce your RV's frost protection, applying insulating measures to safeguard critical systems from further freezing. Available when you need us most, we'll ensure your RV stays safe and functional throughout the cold season.
Cancellation Policy
At Welch’s Mobile RV Repair, we are committed to providing quality and timely service to all of our customers. To ensure clarity, the following service charge policy applies: A $99 Diagnostic & Travel fee is due for any service request. This non-refundable charge covers travel and initial inspection costs. Payment is due at time of service. Labor is billed at $149.00 per hour (one hour minimum), and the total length of service may vary depending on the complexity of the job. You will be informed of any time estimates prior to the start of work. Material costs are additional and will vary depending on the specific parts and supplies needed for the repair. You will be provided with a breakdown of material costs as part of your service estimate. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Please note that final charges will be based on the total time spent on service and the materials used.
